Anna Wienbrandt works as a research associate and doctoral candidate at the Digital Surgery Lab in Experimental Surgery at the Department of Surgery, Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. She studied mechanical engineering and holds a Master's degree in Human Factors. Her research focuses on the intersection of cognitive psychology, human-centred design, and clinical systems – investigating how digital health technologies can support perception, decision-making, and workflow integration in everyday clinical practice.
